Terms of Service
GENERAL
Please have a look through my portfolio when deciding if I am a suitable artist for your commission idea. I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason whatsoeverI do not draw: R18 content (ecchi is okay), full mecha, furries, very muscular characters, political content, gore, very old characters
PAYMENTS
Payments are through Vgen's Stripe system
It accepts Credit cards, Debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, CashApp
COMMISSION PROCESS
After the commission is accepted and paid for, the commission will start immediately (unless the client is put on the waitlist, see the waitlist section for more info)Once I finish the sketch, I will send it through for a revision. After the sketch is accepted, I will move on to finishing the illustrationAfter the illustration is complete, I will send it through for a final minor revision (see revision section for more info)After the final artwork is accepted, I will send through the final files, completing the commission
REVISIONS
I offer a limited amount of revisions1 revision after I send through the sketch. This is the most lenient revision and allows the client to request tweaks in the pose, expression, composition as well as any other tweaks to the character design1 minor revision when the illustration is fully coloured. This revision only allows minor tweaks to the colour of the artwork and/ or minor tweaks to the composition
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Estimated time varies depending on the commission type. These are the standard times unless otherwise stated before starting the commission.Bust-Up Commissions: ~1-2 weeks
Full Body Commissions: ~2-3 weeks
Skeb-style Commissions: up to 30 days
WAITLIST
I work on commissions on a first-come, first-served basis. If my waitlist is empty, the commission will be started immediatelyMy waitlist/ work queue can be found here
REFUNDS
After I send through a sketch, the job is non-refundable via the client's side. If for any reason I cannot complete the commission, I will offer a full refund. If the commission is taking an excessive amount of time over the estimated time, I will offer a refund
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I (the artist) own the Intellectual Property Rights for the commissioned artwork
COMMERCIAL USAGE
Commercial Usage will come at an extra costCommercial Use: Streaming / Content Use - An extra 50% of the full price of the commission will be added to the final priceCommercial Use: Merchandise - An increase in the price will be determined on a case-by-case basis
